6. SMS Consent and Mobile Information

SignBulb may send SMS messages to customers for account verification, authentication, security notifications, and other service-related communications.

Customers who separately and voluntarily opt in to promotional SMS communications may also receive promotional messages, including special offers, discounts, product updates, and other marketing communications.

Message frequency varies depending on the type of communication. Message and data rates may apply.

Customers may reply STOP to opt out of promotional SMS messages or HELP for assistance.

Opting out of promotional SMS messages will not prevent SignBulb from sending essential transactional, account, authentication, security, or other service-related SMS communications when those communications are necessary to provide the requested services or maintain account security.

By providing a mobile phone number and separately opting in to applicable SMS communications, customers consent to receive the SMS communications described above. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing or using SignBulb services.
